My approach is individualised to suit the person I am working with. Over 25 years, I have trained in many different therapy approaches that I can draw on to suit my client and their preferences. These include but are not limited to Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy, CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, DBT, CBT-E, AFT, SSCM.
I adhere to the principles of Health at Every Size (R), which is weight inclusive, non-diet and trauma informed approach to improve all facets of health without focus on weight or weight change.

I completed a Doctorate of Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Melbourne and conducted research into Body Image Disturbance and Anorexia Nervosa at Honours and Doctoral level. I have a special interest in eating disorders and body image concerns and working with people to heal their relationship with their body. I am an Eating Disorder Credentialed Clinician through the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders and a Board Approved Supervisor.
