Annette focuses on building the relationship with each individual that she works with and then uses a number of therapeutic approaches to help them address the concerns they bring to therapy. Over 25 years of training, Annette can use a number of different approaches, including but not limited to Psychodynamic Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, IFS and others.
Annette completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne in 1999. She is Endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist under AHPRA, is a Board Approved Supervisor and has worked in the public and private systems. She is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with the Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disor

Annette has run her own private practice for the past 20 years, after consulting for other psychologists early in her career.

Annette is a weight-inclusive clinician and uses a Health at Every Size (R) approach. Eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns are a special interest, however, she also sees clients for mood, anxiety and personality disorders and complex trauma. Other areas she helps clients with include life transitions, stress, grief and relationship issues.
